      How do you recommend I use Collua Covers?

      Collua Covers should be worn on dry clean skin free of lotion. CAKES Covers can be worn under snug-fitting tops for 4-6 hours at a time. Wash your CAKES Covers with water or mild soap after each use. Discontinue use of CAKES Covers if any irritation occurs. CAKES Covers can be used while at the gym or swimming however should moisture occur under the nipple covers, dry and clean them before continuing use
